By registering for an account or starting a 14-day free trial on CareHome SaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Free Trial & Subscriptions
All new care home accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. Following the trial period, your subscription will continue under the chosen monthly or yearly subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Responsible Use
Care home administrators and staff users are responsible for maintaining accurate inspection logs, temperature readings, and work order details for CQC compliance purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
CareHome SaaS provides digital tracking tools to assist facilities management. Operating staff remain responsible for conducting physical maintenance and safety inspections according to UK regulations.
